and optimum hardness for applying to all kinds of workplaces
and road conditions in driving. Especially, wear resistance
in cushion tires can be extended 30%~50% life more than
general cushion tires. |

wall : |
For prolonging life of
the side wall and preventing all the edges of the side
wall from being damaged in various workplaces, take highly
elastic device and use special selective materials with
wear resistance, tear resistance and anti-elasticity. |
| Softzone
: |
For ensuring the stability
to drive, reinforce maximum load capacity, bent resistance,
and absorbent vibration, and make cushion tire not deformed
under heavily weight carried. |
| Nylon
Cord & Bead : |
For enhancing control
function of tires, give tire itself to support full operations
of high torque totally when heavy goods loaded and avoid
dry running between cushion tire and rim. |
| Non
Slip Base : |
To be assorted with special
nylon fibers and hardness rubber, increase friction resistance
of axle and the rim, and erase form the possibility of
dry running thoroughly. |
